In the same sense that protesting outside "free speech zones" on some campuses is illegal in some states.

Which is to say it is against a law that is hopeless to try to enforce in a courtroom. I'd welcome the state of SC to arrest me ... I'd have a field day with all kinds of people like the ACLU and EFF in my corner.

RE: Open Thread - Election 2014
CNN starting to show the national exit polling.

On the American Dream question, the "will it be better for the next generation" question, 49% say it will be worse than now. Low 20%'s better, high 20%'s the same. It's nice to know the country, collectively in their gut, can sense what a clustereff heading for a cliff we are.

Also ... CNN is accurately saying there is nearly dead even hate for BOTH parties in the exit polls. This is no GOP mandate ... this is merely punishing those in charge. But the Democrat talking point of the GOP being more unpopular than the Democrats isn't holding water. The parties are equally reviled.

But to be honest, GTS, everyone's been saying that forever... there is no real "favorable/unfavorable" party in govt, and hasn't been for a long time.

Pffffft. Every Dem win is the mandate of all mandates from MSNBC and the liberal kool aid drinkers. Every GOP win is the mandate of all mandates from Faux and the conservative kool aid drinkers.

CNN is the first I can remember saying the electorate at large hates 'em both.

Oh, i was referring to the pollsters who take the F/U Like/Dislike numbers and pointing out the 13% congressional approval rating.

Maybe he will get an education from Harry Reid how a senate minority leader can be a thorn in the side of the majority leader.

I wish the GOP would replace him as their leader. The JR Senator from the same state would be much better.

I never watch lame ass MSNBC ............... except for nights like tonight. At 5:45 cst, they were already spinning big time. Had some liberal goof on there already blabbering about the Dems taking the house in 2016 and the 1st poll hadn't closed yet in 2014.

Maddow and Matthews are front and center and reaching for any piece of good news that they can. 03-lmfao

Blahhhhhhhhhhh.

I'm interested to see how well third parties did against Graham, and how they did for Governor. It looks like third parties are pulling nearly 10% for SC Governor right now, even though it is already called for Nikki Haley. Sadly only looking like 5% third party against Graham so far, but that is with microscopic returns so far.
