Shaping up to be a monumentally disastrous day for the SBC if Troy falls to Abilene. I think we've all but secured last place in the G5.

True, but it's extremely sad that Georgia southern was the only team to make their game competitive..

Alphabet Soup driving in Troy Territory
I cannot believe I am begging for Troy to somehow beat Abeline just to give the league a win today. I feel like its 2001 all over again

Yes, but you guys shoulder a healthy share of that blame yourselves.
Complaining about other league members performances when you aren't representing yourself is foolish.

Alphabet Soup kicks a 27 yard field goal. Takes a 31-28 lead with 6 minutes left.
I am putting Georgia Southern #1 in my power rankings next week...because they are the only team who deserves it.

Troy goes for -3 yards on their 3 and out, punts out of the back of their end zone. Alphabet Soup has it first down at the Troy 37 with 4:30 left. Trojans have 2 timeouts left.
I just watched 2 Troy receivers collide with each other during their routes... Oi.

Outside of state, I would have never thought GS and ulm would round out the best 3 teams so far...

Yep, when we get into conference, we'll be winning 50% for sure.
lol I suppose I should have left out the "hopefully"
I just realized we don't play you guys this year. I'm happy we don't play you guys. I watched your game today and was very impressed. I think you guys have a chance to win the conference.
I expected a lot more out of Louisiana this year. I suppose it's still pretty early to say this. I thought you were going to steamroll LA tech. Conference wise, you can still easily bounce back.
No, I've been a fan for three decades. I've seen this before. This team is a train wreck. Hud will have to make some serious changes. I loved our QB Broadway and thank him for several years of fun games and two NOLA Bowls. He for one reason or another will not run. It's time to try someone else. You can't blame him for our pathetic defense. Our punter and field goal kickers look solid!

Abeline tries a fake field goal, but Troy commits pass interference. First and 10 Alphabet Soup from the Troy 20. Trojans down to 1 timeout as we go inside 2 minutes.

No kidding. I've got the Eagles as #1 right now. I don't blame ULM for getting beat up by LSU, that's expected. But the lack of first downs was frightening.
