Major Garrett of CBS asks why anyone would watch Obama say nothing about his strategy to not win the not war against ISIL?

So sick of hearing "ISIL" (passive-aggressively insisting that he's right, and you're wrong if you call it ISIS or IS) and "boots on the ground".

When He says ISIL, I think He's saying I'm Stupid Ignorant Liberal.

He calls it ISIL because everyone against him calls it ISIS. I've noticed that he refuses to say ISIS because of that.

It's pathetic.

Obama approval ratings are at new lows. So I look for a stronger worded speech. More presidential. But here is the thing and there can be no dispute. Talk is cheap.

Obama goes on TV tonight and Putin goes on TV tomorrow and trumps him. Been done before.

Well, I wonder if he is going to pull out the dreaded....
