Not quite. The CBS story says "As early as this week", but you're right. They're basically the same.

So yes, in this case Fox was basically the same as CBS report. I couldn't find the ABC story on line anywhere. So I apologize for my comments about this story.

But sadly no, this is no way absolves Fox 'news' of their blatant bias. That being said, I've never tried to claim that the actual news portion of fox is bad as their opinion talkers on cable. It's normally not all that bad...just that it tends to only post negative stories while only giving lip service to positive stories about this administration.

You don't even know that the hell you're talking about. Obama didn't write the law dude. It's one specific line in a huge bill that these two clowns made their ruling on. No to mention that the basis for this decision has already failed before SCOTUS and likely will again if it makes it that far.

This SCOTUS delights in telling the executive branch all they have to do is have Congress pass a new bill. SCOTUS realizes how broken the legislature is but says, rightly so, "Not Our Problem". They will do the same in this case. Obamacare is dead.
