That's not why it would be awesome. The subsidies will be upheld and those tens of millions receiving them will continue to have affordable coverage, but they're going to get a good look at the GOP cheering for actions that will make their lives worse. Like I said, awesome.

I've already written this before... IMO, this 3 judge court will declare the subsidies unconstitutional, but they'll stay their decision until it can go before the supreme court, and the supreme court will not overturn the decision.
