I'm really hoping the panel rules against the subsidies. That will be awesome news.

It's obvious. He shouldn't have to go through the inconvenience of explaining it to you just because you're too dumb to figure it out.

That isn't "court packing", unless there use to be less than 11 and Obama added additional positions and made the appointments.

So let it be noted that you agree with a stacked system as long as it is stacked in your favor. That goes for your gay agenda as well.

Indeed it would be. This admin and liar in chief are lawless enough as it is. If this debacle of a federal attempt to socialize 1/6th of the worlds greatest economy is SO poorly written that this action breaks the very law it is supposed to be "subsidizing", then so be it. If it's against the law, it's against the law.

We are still a nation of laws, correct? Not just men and their whim with a pen and phone?

All hail small ball. All hail small ball!

That's not why it would be awesome. The subsidies will be upheld and those tens of millions receiving them will continue to have affordable coverage, but they're going to get a good look at the GOP cheering for actions that will make their lives worse. Like I said, awesome.

You mutts wanna hang your hopes on this disaster, please all in. Be anyones guest. It will be the defeat of brain dead liberalism and the desired socialism in this country for generations. You doofus's precious socialist unions are about to be extinct, you want to hang your hat on socialized medicine? Haha. best of luck, your time is near.

I would bet "tenure" for idiots won't be far behind. Publish or perish, or don't be an idiot. You'd better publish, and quick, the idiot thing is closing in fast! 03-lmfao

You're just way to easy.
I've already written this before... IMO, this 3 judge court will declare the subsidies unconstitutional, but they'll stay their decision until it can go before the supreme court, and the supreme court will not overturn the decision.

Sorry ADAD, not meant for you. You'll get there some day.
What's wrong with artificially propping up Obamacare anyway? We do it all the time in numerous industries... Oh wait.
