The video, briefly posted then deleted from Facebook, but captured by Top Right News, shows the victim’s 2-year-old young son trying to protect his mother by kicking her assailant in the attack which took place Tuesday night.

Solid instincts for the child. My son is the same way in protecting his mother. He gave me a black eye one night when the wife and I were wrestling around in a tickle fight. He was surprised when I told him I was proud of him, but we were playing.

So the assailant is muslim?

I don't mind watching a good ole fashioned scrap. But man, at some point people should intervene when someone is being pummeled and is helpless. I hope it was worth it because now she has a fine to pay and likely lost her job.

She's facing charges of aggravated assault and two counts of making terroristic threats. She followed the mother out of the McDonald's while still on duty and attacked a much smaller woman in front of her child. This person needs to be brought to justice and has more to worry about than losing her job. The people standing around taking pictures are no better than the attacker. Brutal, just brutal.

I'm with ya okla. I thought about that could be my wife or sister and these worthless people don't even intervene to at least grab or get her off the victim.

On the other hand, getting video of it will go a long way toward a conviction.
