This is the dishonest, corrupt organization that ZeroCare puts in charge of policing a program that covers 1/6 of the economy. If there ever was a Dept. that screamed for disbanding, this would be the poster child.

Yes, they know that we just do not know what we are doing.
They are compelled to show us the light.

RE: IRS Claims to Have Lost Over 2 Years of Lerner Emails
IT WAS the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way- in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.

RE: IRS Claims to Have Lost Over 2 Years of Lerner Emails
Veteran IT Professional: IRS’ Claim That It “Lost” Two Years of Lois Lerner’s Emails Is “Simply Not Feasible”…
But the government would never lie, right?
Quote:A veteran IT professional tells TheBlaze that the IRS’ claim that the agency lost two years’ worth of former IRS official Lois Lerner’s emails is “simply not feasible.”
On Friday, members of Congress revealed that the IRS would not be able to hand over Lerner’s emails to and from other IRS employees from January 2009 to April 2011, possibly due to a “glitch” or “crash.” Lawmakers were seeking the emails as part of their investigation into the IRS targeting scandal.
Norman Cillo, an Army veteran who worked in intelligence and a former program manager at Microsoft, argued it is very difficult to lose emails for good and laid out six reasons why he believes Congress is “being lied to” about the Lerner emails:
1. I believe the government uses Microsoft Exchange for their email servers. They have built-in exchange mail database redundancy. So, unless they did not follow Microsofts recommendations they are telling a falsehood. You can see by the diagram below that if you have three servers in a DAG you have three copies of the database.

This is the Zero administration's way of giving the finger to the US Congress and the American people. They are making it abundantly clear that there is little either can do about it.

Notice how the Obama supporters don't even try to defend this criminal anymore? Remember when they called us wingnuts, baggers and wingers. All the stuff the right said would happen has happened, and the "yes we can" crowd sits silent basking in their satisfaction.

I'm no Army intelligence officer and haven't written any code since we created a Pong game in about 1983-4 on a commodore, I think it was. Never set foot anywhere near a Microsoft office, much less a "program manager", and even I knew this.
They, whoever tried to cook this one up, has really just mailed it in. I'm no lawyer either, but wouldn't this work towards obstruction? destroying evidence? failure to respond to a subpoena or committee "directive" whatever it is?
Find the clown (amongst ALL the clowns) that decided to float this barge of bullschit and string 'em up. Good grief people, is anyone buying this?
The only one I could see defending this in some way would be TomtheRed, and even HE isn't chiming in.
You know it's gotta be bad...

Given the lengths that they are going to to avoid turning the emails over you really have to wonder just how high up the chain of command the orders to put the screws to conservative groups were coming from. No way they do this to save some IRS muckity muck. Emails must point to the WH.

I do IT for a living, and for this to be true, you have to assume that two redundant systems and their backups all went bad.
it is literally impossible. even for the administration that couldn't build a website, it's absolutely impossible.
this isn't even a decent lie.
