The UAB football coach can't be on that call because it's not on the agenda. If it's not on the agenda, publicly published for X days, it can't be brought up in the meeting.

McGee and Haase were both introduced way before their contracts were officially approved by the compensation committee. They'll have approval from the people they need it from in order to announce the hire.

Somehow I think it is related to Ryan Brown's tweet about lowering entrance requirements for recruits and some facility improvements.

Drew has already filed to get a copy of contract. Even he's interested to see what might have taken 2 days to negotiate.

my father was an editor/reporter/photographer so the tenants of journalism was instilled in me at a young age. I have respect for Drew as a journalist (trust me that is not something that is lightly acquired)
