Think he can get the job done with the substandard facilities?

And will he still have the fire in the belly to fight the good fight to get upgrades?

I dunno about fire, but he's got the belly. Hyah!

He also has coached at Miss State and Tenn State. He was the DB coach last year. He is currently the Special Team Coordinator for the Arizona Cardinals. He loves UAB and have a heart for the program. He has experience in recruiting Alabama and he believe in staying local.

Better yet, can you pry Bobby Lamb away from Mercer?

Rob Ambrose, Ron Roberts and Ed Lamb are the guys I would look at from FCS. Don't even know where you begin if you look at FBS. Has to be someone comfortable with 18 hour days and recruiting every high school in AL.

I don't think we even looked at him. I'm pretty satisfied with Fritz. I know he's already pissed off some diehards by letting go of some assts with GaSo ties but I think that was to be expected.

Yeah, I am just now seeing the Clark thread after I posted. LOL.
Can't imagine he has been interviewed. But we know he would take it. Hope he has a plan.

i doubt watts will be in on every interview. He will let the AD do the job he is hired to do and watts will probably only be a part of interviews with the top 2-3 candidates.

The focus was more about the Triple Option and an orderly transition away from it I think in that case.
