Don't know what will happen... but Cinci got blown out by Illinois, and only beat Miami (OH) 14-0. That's it. You would have thought that was a WMU vs Miami-OH showdown.

Anyway, I would think UCF would still go because their loss would be to a then 4-4 team in the conference, where Cinci's loss to S. Florida would be at best 3-5.

SOunds like it would then come down to BCS rankings between the two, I have to imagine a loss to SMU would kill UCF and Cincinatti would likely shoot past them in the BCS and get the bid.

If UCF and Cincy tie, BCS standings will be the tiebreaker. I expect Cincy will be ranked higher.

But that would require not only SMU to upset UCF, but Cincy to upset Louisville. I'd be shocked at the latter, mildly surprised at the former.
