We're just changing our talking points from one incompetent fact to another.

We almost dodged WWIII around Syria and doubled down on Iran. Bad timing when China is talking about not buying our bonds.
Goodbye insane spending on BS. War is here.

RE: Deal with Iran??
At least as reported, there is nothing in this "deal" that needed to be negotiated. Iran will just keep on doing what it's been doing all along. The only thing that's changed is that now the US and Europe are publicly declaring that they're okay with it.

I guess when Zero said Iran would not be allowed to have a nuclear weapon, he lied. Again.

RE: Deal with Iran??
Obama's presidency has become an epic fail, so he was desperate to get a deal (any deal) with Iran.
He was not negotiating from a position of strength, which means Iran probably got everything they wanted and we got nothing.

RE: Deal with Iran??
Flashback 1994: Clinton OK’s Deal To Stop North Korea’s Nuclear Weapons Program
Insanity-doing the same thing and expecting different results.
The deal with Iran entered into today so far doesn’t even sound as tough as the deal from nine years ago with North Korea.
The deal provided North Korea the opportunity to get nuclear weapons at least by 2006. Now they can’t be touched.
This flashback almost sounds word-for-word what we are hearing now. I hate retread Neville Chamberlains!
WASHINGTON — President Clinton on Tuesday approved a deal reached by U.S. negotiators in Geneva to stop North Korea’s nuclear weapons program, saying the agreement “will make the United States, the Korean peninsula and the world safer.”
Clearly delighted by what he considers a victory for his foreign policy, the President appeared before television cameras to hail the agreement as “the first step on the road to a nuclear-free Korean peninsula.” He instructed Special Ambassador Robert L. Gallucci, the Administration’s lead negotiator with North Korea, to sign the accord Friday in Geneva.
However, the White House refused to release the text Tuesday, and Administration officials said that it will not be made public until after it is signed. Instead, Gallucci and other U.S. officials briefed reporters on what they said are its principal elements.
The accord, concluded Monday in Geneva, gives North Korea a series of economic and political benefits in exchange for promises to freeze and eventually dismantle its current nuclear facilities, which the CIA believes have been used to make the material for one to two nuclear weapons.
“The North Koreans do have an interest in a political and economic opening. They do have long-term energy needs. And we are addressing those needs,” Gallucci told reporters at a White House briefing. “They are giving up a nuclear program that posed an enormous risk to South Korea, to Japan, to Northeast Asia and to the international non-proliferation regime.”
North Korea will dismantle two large nuclear reactors now under construction, which would have had the potential to make enough fuel for hundreds of nuclear weapons. Operations of an existing, smaller reactor at Yongbyon will also be stopped, and it too will eventually be dismantled, U.S. officials said.

RE: Deal with Iran??
Shameless Liar: Kerry Claims There Is “No Daylight” Between Israel And U.S. On Iran…
Then why is Netanyahu forcefully denouncing the deal? Can anyone in this administration tell the truth? Apparently not.
Following a historic deal on Iran’s nuclear program brokered overnight in Geneva, Secretary of State John Kerry sought to temper concerns expressed by Israel over the agreement, saying in an interview on “This Week” that there was no daylight between the U.S. and its closest Middle East ally when it came to their goals for Iran’s controversial nuclear program.
“Israel and the United States absolutely share the same goal here. There is no daylight between us, with respect to what we want to achieve at this point,” Kerry told “This Week” anchor George Stephanopoulos shortly after the deal was reached. “We both want to make it certain Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon. And Iran cannot be in a place where they can breakout and suddenly get that nuclear weapon.”

The whole terrified of Iran deal is a waste of time for the U.S..
Iran wants the weapons because then it can force us to listen to them. The problem is with us, and when it comes to Iran it always has been.

Iranian President Hassan Rouhani: “I Announce To Our People That Our Enrichment Activities Will Continue As Before”…
![[Image: pcat.jpg]](http://imageshack.us/a/img841/8646/pcat.jpg)
In other words, we won.
(WaPo) — Iran’s top officials on Sunday welcomed the initial agreement struck with world powers over its nuclear activities, hailing the deal as the beginning of a new era for the Islamic republic, both in its relations with other countries and for its sanctions-ravaged economy.
“Trust is, of course, a two-way street, and we must also find this trust in others. The first step in creating that trust has been taken,” Iran’s new president, the moderate cleric Hassan Rouhani, said in a statement broadcast live on television Sunday morning.
Addressing concerns over the language in the agreement between the six world powers and Iran regarding Tehran’s ability to continue work on its nuclear program, Rouhani said, “Let anyone make his own reading, but this right is clearly stated in the text of the agreement that Iran can continue its enrichment, and I announce to our people that our enrichment activities will continue as before.”
Rouhani, who was joined on the broadcast by the families of several Iranian nuclear scientists who were assassinated in recent years, also reiterated what Iran claims is the peaceful nature of its nuclear program.
“Let me say once more, the Iranian nation does not want nuclear weapons,” Rouhani said, referring to the accusations that Iran is attempting to build a bomb as “one of those funny jokes of history.”

I say let them, and then let them deal with the consequences.
We back Israel when we shouldn't.

They wouldn't need to "go it alone" if its allies completed what they started.
