Milwaukee Man Victim of Knockout Game Attack…



As always, the media refuses to give a description of the attackers despite noting in their story the victim “has given a full description of his assailants to Milwaukee police.”

(PennLive) – With his blackened eyes and broken nose, Tim Bessette may just be the country’s latest victim of an urban crime wave known as the “knockout game.” Speaking from his hospital bed in Milwaukee this week, the 53-year-old says he’s lucky to be alive.

He remembers getting off the bus, walking down the street and encountering four youths. The next thing Bessette knew, he was sucker-punched in the nose. The world went black, and Bessette woke up on the pavement. And as he did, he heard the youths running away, joking and laughing.

“It was just like the lights went out,” he told Milwaukee media of his Dec. 2 attack. Bessette has given a full description of his assailants to Milwaukee police. No arrests have been made.

Did you consider the possibility that the police did not give it to the media?

What dark place do you have to go to do this? It's scary that there are so many without any moral centers out there. No shred of guilt for just clocking someone walking down the street - I don't care how "bored" you are. And I'd say it's yet another unintended consequence of the almighty Internet: the fact that you can have it filmed, get it uploaded for the world to see and get 1.5 seconds of fame is enticing to the feeble-minded.

Trayvon Martin had videos on his phone of him and his buddies beating up homeless people. The courts wouldn't allow it to be shown because it took away from his innocent, childish image.

You have your facts wrong here, dude. The Zimmerman legal team released the following correction:

I don't know if this is related to the Knockout "Game," but here's a guy - the Walmart Wolverine in the video - just turning around and beating another dude at a gas station for no reason whatsoever outside of Detroit. If race must be mentioned, the perpetrator is white and the victim black.

Are these things happening more often, or is just getting more exposure due to insta-communication/Internet and the media latching on to this type of... ahem... "game"? Whichever it is, it's a sick statement on society.

It was probably a bunch of white kids playing the "polar bear" game.
