It's not particularly helpful when you read it.

All it really says is that the judge grants the American its motion to remand the case to Rhode Island (where it can be sent to arbitration), negates the American's motion to dismiss, and negates Rutgers' motions as moot.

Helpful in the conversation that has been going on for a while in this thread.

Its means nothing. Its arguing over the shape of the negotiating table. Eventually they will get to he real issues.

Put me down for a trapezoid.
