Seriously, for those without tickets, better get them NOW. Someone may buy gobs of tickets for Stubhub. Don't be disappointed. Don't wait!

Im more interested in the Ball State ticket watch, if we ever needed fans to a game, that would be the one.

Not yet on Ticketmaster. Of course it may never be on Ticketmaster if everyone buys season tickets just to guarantee they can get seats for this game.

I understand the importance of the BSU game, but I find the EMU attendance more important as far as a barometer of if we've turned a corner attendance-wise. (Quite frankly, 2014 will be the barometer but that's another thread for another day.)

EMU is a 2:30 Saturday which is perfect time. But it's not the opener & not Homecoming & the opponent is not a draw.

Midweek games are a different animal as there are many that do not live/work in the area. (Another reason why Community support is critical.)

EMU needs to be 22K at a minimum IMHO.

If NIU remains undefeated, it will be over 22k. Now week day games ????

Looks like Ball State is moving well already. Couple sections already sold out and a few that are close to selling out.

EMU may have a surprise draw because the IPF is being opened.

I think Ball State has a much better chance for a sellout than EMU game. Past seasons' attendance tell us that Huskie fans do show up for weeknight games against quality opponents when the game has MAC West implications.

I'll be stunned/disappointed if that's the case.

While the last couple mid-week night games have been well attended ( helped by some fairly good mid-Nov. weather.), the attendance on the West Side has been patchy. Which is understandable for obvious mid-week reasons.

Attendance on the East side is patchy too, except it's the ends that are empty since everyone is packed in the middle.

I have a feeling the only way we draw 20,000 for BSU is if they have a number next to their name coming in and ends up being a ranked vs ranked matchup, I think it could be, but Ball State might be just on the edge of the top 25

That's true, you can have people standing both on the seats and on the floor between the seats in the front/center sections

If its another sell out we can make a good solid push for a 100k attendence season with only 5 home games.

23.5k EIU
23.5k AK
21-23k (predicted EMU)
20-22k (predicted mid-week game vs Ball State)
18-20k (predicted WMU)

It's funny that people still think weekday games negatively impact attendance.

They do, look at the WKU game that was on Tuesday, that stadium was pretty empty.

Have you ever been to a game the day after Thanksgiving? Or the day before? Unless it's a game against Toledo which basically decides the MAC West, the attendance will be smaller.
