I think the difference here is that UConn appears to be on a downtrend --- they're being coached by UConn's version of Larry Porter.

Also, we lost by 3 in a weather event that had everyone screwed up and a few of us thought we got jobbed on a couple of key calls. Now, I'm not saying we should have even let it be that close, but Uconn just got beaten by TWENTY. And from what I understand, it was never even competitive.

if their fans hadnt been telling us how big a step up it would be in competition to play the mighty huskie and how they were this big BCS northeastern football power that should be playing for the big 10 title then i might have a little sympathy

Well they went 7-4 last year and with 17 seniors they come out swinging and beat UConn.
Plus they are Tigers too.
