They look way better than what I expected. When I think of Russell, I think cheap, but that's Russell before 2006. I like that Russell gives more flexibility than Nike.

One thing that I don't like about Russell is that they don't really put that much effort into becoming bigger or cooler than what they are. They haven't registered a patent since 1998.

You could switch the colors to red and white and slap a UH logo on those uni's and I would still think they're god awful. It's just a really bad, slapdash, uncoordinated design. If you want to pretend otherwise, or think the hate is due to the USM factor, be my guest.

On the bright side, you won't be the worst dressed football team in America...at least not so long as UA is cranking out uni's for Maryland.

The guy said we got the cheapest, crappiest jerseys Nike offered.......he infers that Nike only makes one kind of jersey (which they clearly don't). I clearly pointed out that we are cheap, therefor we got the cheap jerseys Nike offered. I then said we should've gotten the better quality jersey's that Nike offers...the kind that a gazillion other teams don't have...similar to the ones Wyoming switched too. Wyoming used to have the same jerseys that we had...then they realized that they suck and everyone has them so they ante up'd and got better ones. Nike has crap uni's and they also have really good uni's so it's not like Nike makes a bad jersey. You get what you pay for when you get Nike jerseys.

okay....now how does equate to winning games? ...as an aside but pertinent, I can't tell the difference and I don't watch the View.....

Personally, I really like the cracked glass numbering, it's different, but not as gaudy as the pics of the GT ones we had on here earlier.

Although I'd have thought the shoulder stripes would be a little bit wider.
