It would've been the Same had we not bolted. Now we're in a crap conference mostly up north. In 2 years it'll change again. Think conn and cincy is staying?

I hate the conference changing a much as coaches not having to stay for the duration of their contracts.

I must admit to feeling bitter initially, but take a look at AAC members average RPI and Pomeroy rankings over the past 5 years. AAC conference members five year average is 113 on the RPI, and 106 on Pomeroy's rankings. That's a whole lot better than it was for CUSA. Too bad we can't replace some of the weaker teams with Southern Miss or UAB, but I guess it's all about football.

Since when do we believe the ratings? We play good teams every year. We just don't handle business. Once conn bolts and they will, where should we go then? Cross country? Travel will hurt our team. Mark that down.

This the exact stinking thinking that got this conference in the shape it's in....NO ORIGINALITY...NO REAL LEADERSHIP.....NO CREATIVITY! METRO WAS MUCH MUCH BETTER....other mid-major conferences already have "American" in their name.....horrible. Just plain horrible.
