It was a great season, undefeated in conference (something we might never see again), 31 wins, and Pastner finally gets the monkeys off his back. Hate to see it end in a blowout fashion, but this wasn't a team we matched well against and, at least for a half, they were held in check.
Good luck to DJ in the Draft, as well as good luck to Hall, Holt and Simpson as they enter the next phase of their lives. As for the rest of the team, can't wait to see you guys on the court next season, if you thought this year was something, just wait until next year!
I don't sense a meltdown. More of a concern over our front court. I think most people are not shocked by a loss today.
Yeah, everyone seems to forget that when Pastner and crew were putting this puzzle together, Stokes was a part of it. If we have Stokes on the interior with Black and Shaq, it would have been an entirely different team.

Hell, even Parker would have helped.

I see it's a good thing I followed my instincts and avoided the internet for a while after what was -- until the last 5 minutes -- quite a game despite our offense slowly unraveling and Payne entering cheat codes.
The usual suspects are being unbelievably usual.

I have seen nothing ugly on here, other than the usual people that get offended by anything slightly ugly toward the basketball team. I am quite certain that 99% of the people on this site want our team to be the best it can be. And, without the great passion of this fan base, this program would only be average instead of awesome.
Sad, but true

Good point; anybody remember Joey his freshman year?

We had a solid season, our best yet under Pastner.
Should be a fun year next year.
