We'd have a rational conversation with you if we thought you were capable of understanding it!

If you can't even figure out that Detroit is a liberal city, I mean really, what is the point?

You have absolutely ZERO clue what the f.ck you are talking about.

See this is exactly why the name of this board needs to be changed to the 'Conservative Slander Board'. It's impossible to have any kind of meaning discussion with you trolls.
Hey! I resemble that remark! Of course, I am a troll because I have given up having any kind of meaningful discussion on here.

I have tried to understand rightwing "thoughts"(and still try) but they make no sense in the real world.

RE: Detroit- liberal paradise
I think San Francisco would qualify more as a liberal paradise. If you asked the average Detroiter about their views on gay marriage, abortion, church attendance, you would get very different answers than the average northern Californian. Just because Detroit is a solid democratic city doesn't necessarily mean it's liberal. Many of those voting patterns are racial. Detroit is 83% black. Blacks vote for democrats 90+% of the time mostly because the Republican Party hasn't given them a reason to vote Republican. However if you asked the average black person in Detroit if they support gay marriage or abortion, you would probably find that they align themselves more with conservatives.

What reason has the Democrat party given blacks to vote for them?

I don't disagree with any of that, but they keep electing liberal politicians.;

You'd have to feel pretty damned alienated from the Republican party to consistently vote against your own interests.

That dunce has no clue what the real world is. He's living in a "real world", it just isn't this one. It's probably closer to the world of Warcraft or Oz quite frankly.

Clearly success offends you, Robs.

Maybe it's YOU who needs to see a shrink.

Yes they do. Here in Texas the ballots have a box that allows you to vote straight party line with a single stroke.....but I don't think that's what you meant.

Firm said "the Republican Party hasn't given them (blacks) a reason to vote Republican". I want to know what reason the Dems have given.

They weren't Republicans. It's a lesser of 2 evils. Republicans have been openly hostile to minorities for decades, the Democrats are just reaping the consequences of those decisions.

Yep. The Republican Party has alienated many minorities. However, the Democratic Party has alienated groups that should be natural allies as well, .ie older voters.

Guys should also marry the best girl for them and not worry about weight or hair color.
