I mentioned Rubio after the Presidential Election a few months back.
Anyone in Florida have an opinion about this guy? I only know what I've seen on youtube. Seems like a good public speaker.
General consensus in the Sunshine state? Good? Bad? Forgotten in 12 months?
It all depends on who you talk too. EVERYONE has a bias, even those who "don't care" have a bias toward wanting something for nothing so just let them live their life without having to think or do something about it. However, they expect the check in the mail.
In Illinois, is the example as to what will happen to the US. Most people are more than willing to allow "their guy" to provide what they want and as long as it keeps coming their good with it. Live in the moment, live for yourself and screw everyone else. Get your "own guy" if you don't like it.
Chicago is called "The city that works". It's a machine. It works automatically, for you to be benefit from what it produces you must be a part of it. Part of it means looking the other way when your guy does to someone else what you wouldnt stand for if it were done to you.
The fat cats here get fatter. The junkies, living off what the machine produces fear rocking the boat or they'll get cut off. There is always another junkie waiting to happen.
The evidence is the corruption (literal) found on both sides of the aisle. The reason "Republicans" are castrated here is that they too are junkies, living off the machine. They have there little fifedoms where they too control "the bacon" but frankly it's shrinking. They are simply the mirrored reflection of liberals in this state, no difference.
There are only a handful of literal conservatives as elected officials here and it has been trending that way for at least 1 possibly two generations.
So you can do the math. Everything falls way left here. And the state is on the verge of sliding off the edge, past and before California does. And the equation is quite simple math. Liberal equals to financial ruin.
