USM's incident occcured on one of the largest stages for college basketball during a Nationally televised game. This happened in a half full arena duing a game that im not even sure was on regional television. That plays a major part all by itself.

Hey, it's over and done. We don't really know what is really in Bowdens mind, as to whether he's repentent or not but he issued an apology and he got a one day suspension for the Memphis game. Let it go, it can happen with any team especially one with so much passion as the ecu-UTEP game. Too bad we don't play you any more as this series has a lot of drama every time.

Who says we wont play ECU again? ECU is independent in hoops. We can schedule them as OOC. It's a win / win as they have 30 games to schedule.

I'd like to speak up for Akeem Richmond--he is your best 3 point shooter. Bowden only averages 5.8 ppg, so less than 2 treys per outing and he plays zero defense. You guys will survive his suspension just fine.
