RE: 3,266 Tickets Sold for the Orange Bowl
In all reality, no more breast feeding but once when on a plane a woman sat down next to me with a baby who proceeded to get hungry. My seatmate asked if it would bother me if she brest feed her baby and I said not in the least. When the flight attendant asked me what I would like to drink, it took every ounce of my self control not to say " I'll have what he's having."

Inorder to buck declining attendance figures nationwide, NIU AD needs to reach out to more local groups and go out of its way to co-operate with other Colleges to provide unique services to improve attendance. When it rains, it would be great to use several rooms in HS with HD TV's to watch the game.
Renovation of rooms, concession upgrades, easier access facilities are all more important then a new expensive scoreboard.

Funny! Why don't these things happen to me? 03-weeping

One time a huge woman in her 60's came up to me, pointed at her boob, and asked if I was thirsty. I didn't drink anything for a couple days after that.

This is why a club level with drink service would do great at Huskie Stadium.

$200 access to the club where you can watch the game from a high table and a bar stool OR $150-250 more for one of those seats up front.

Maybe we can reward season ticket holders by charging them a lower access fee.

Maybe for the weeknight games in November.

There used to be many more TV's under the east side stands. They've pretty much let them fall to the wayside. Not that I care about rain, but at least you wouldn't miss anything during a bathroom or concessions break.

I sort of do remember a ton of TVs on the East side when we were students. Wonder if they broke and they didn't get replaced.

Whenever the West side does get gutted I hope that they take all of those TVs and put them on the East side at the very minimum.

Fine, as long as we get new ones on the West side.

Why do we not have signs saying under welcome to DeKalb ,"Huskie stadium Home of NIU Football ...# victories longest active winning streak in the nation."
or " so many miles to Huskie Stadium Home of NIU Football ...# victories longest active winning streak in the nation."

It is great that we are Chicago's team! Maybe we should put signs up on the I90 stating NIU ... touting our winning streak.
Given our schedule next year these signs may be up and updated for a while.

Would perhaps help our attendance even more if we were DeKalb's team!

Because that would take time and effort.

Also you dont really want to put up a sign that you would potentially have to update every week or so. I know its only 5-6 times a season but still they have a hard enough time just putting a "your in Huskie country" sign up.

That would cost money. NIU athletics doesn't have money...so I am told.

All the bilboards and advertisements for the OB were paid for by the NIU foundation and the Alum Association.
