RE: Mike Sabock Coaching in the Orange Bowl
We lost 1 coach for the bowl game. It's the same players in the same system being coached by the same coaches. If FSU houses NIU, it has nothing to do with Doeren leaving.

HuskieWire with the update on this. Sabock is handling the FB/TE group while Tripodi moves to OL.

Does Tripodi get the bump to fulltime OL coach for next season?

Would seem to be a logical progression.

Be SHOCKED. OL coach is a key member of staff. Our past OL coaches Casey and Limegrover were both OCs and Sam Pittman was asst HC.

Sticking my 2 cents in from Central Florida. Mike Sabock has become an integral part of our community/compound :) and we aren't giving him up. We all enjoy the golf competition too much. You have a whole bunch of new Huskie fans down here!

Coach Sabock is a class act and a loyal Huskie, HWSNBN ed was an idiot for letting him go.

From Football Scoop

Northern Illinois: Very cool that Rod Carey brought Mike Sabock out of retirement to work the Orange Bowl. No word on Mike's golf game; but word has gotten back to us that his better half dropped a hole in one recently.

Coach's game is solid. One of the longer hitters out here....and yes, The Family AD did have a hole in one recently!
