It's not a stretch to say that Geron IS the difference maker to this team already, whether its scoring or rebounding or assisting or just using his NBA type body to intimidate opposing players, His presence on the court seems to jazz up certain players and makes them 'tougher'. I can't imagine him not being on this team as us having a hope to beat certain teams on the schedule. It's the eye test for me more than anything else that tells me the team is better with him there on the court

The team is changed when Johnson enters the game --- witnessed that tonight.

By the end of the season Johnson will be the "D. Rose" we wish we had for two or more seasons. He's the real deal and I hope his intensity rubs off on the rest of the team. Now I know why Pastner was willing to go out on a limb with him and I agree wholeheartedly. YMMV!

Gerron was playing defense against their best player, playing the point for us, and hands hands hands, well then there was the knocking down shots thing. He will start ahead of CC before it is all over. Did you see how far out DJ Cooper had to be to make shots? WOW.

I am more impressed with how he and Shaq brought the energy....SG was one rebound short of another double double....when is the last time we said that?

tarik has that same ability, he just has to assert himself.

I was getting pretty tired of all the naysayers who thought signing him with his problems was a bad idea.

PLEASE STOP COMPARING GERRON TO AA AND DEREK ROSE. He is good but good lord it's only been a couple of games and this game was against a MAC team. We will see.

Some of us think there are 100 players taken in the draft each year. He plays hard and he is good but not sure he is NBA ready after four games or even this season
