10 years=dead? That's 2 & a half recruiting classes, 1 or 2 bad coaching hires, etc. St. John's was "dead" for longer then they hire Lavin and now they are recruiting nationally again. You can't name any program that's been around for a while that doesn't have periods like that. But if you want to throw in the towel as a fan do't let me get in your way.

LOL, don't worry, majority of DePaul fans have thrown in the towel a few years ago. We recently found out the school has extended our AD for another 5 years. The same AD that caused us to be irrelevant the past 10 years. We'll just see how this year goes.

Bearcats have had two losing seasons since 1990. 16 NCAA, 4 NIT, Cincinnati lost their first game only twice during that period. Fro 1992 to 2002 Cincinnati either won the conference regular season title or conference tournamen title. They competed with Memphis, Marquette, and Louisville during those years at some point.

Check out some of the programs Cincinnati beat during this period as well they include Duke and North Carolina. I will argue with pride and defend any of our old Great Midwest or C-USA rivals.
The "Kid" is obviously not very old, or has a bad memory. And you omitted DePaul, which, under Ray Meyer, was a national power for a time. I'm sure the Kid forgot that, too.

Louisville beat Duke for a National Championship and we have owned Syracuse in recent years.

you have won your share but we "owned" you last year.

ill rank the teams 1-32.
TIER 1
1-duke
2-north carolina
3-louisville
4-syracuse
5-georgetown
6-uconn
TIER 2
7-villanova
8-notre dame
9-pittsburgh
10-memphis
11-marquette
12-cincinnati
13-nc state
14-st johns
TIER 3
15-temple
16-florida state
17-virginia
18-miami fl
19-houston
TIER 4
20-maryland
21-boston college
22-georgia tech
23-wake forest
24-clemson
25-smu
26-central florida
27-virginia tech
TIER 5
28-south florida
29-rutgers
30-providence
31-seton hall
32-depaul
What is the criteria for your ranking? Are you ranking them as of this season, the last few, or all time?

1) South Florida basically has only resently turned into an ok bball team.
2)SMU should be dead last on this list no matter the criteria. UCF has only recently even cracked the top 25. And then their best player (MJ's son) left the team.
3)Pitt and ND should never be that high. Big East or ACC.
4) Virginia Tech might be in the right place, but how would Miami ever be ahead of them.
5) Providence, Rutgers and Seton Hall can not be ranked lower then: USF, VTECH, UCF, Miami, SMU, Houston, Boston College, Georgia Tech, or Clemson

Bottom line your list is bogus. Try again.
