Considering he was convicted of raping a MINOR then part of his continued sentence should require him to stay away from children.

I think there is some kind of discernment gene defect in hardcore progs/libs because many seem to have real difficulty with concepts of good and evil or even just good or bad. They need to think of what's best for the child. That kid needs no affiliation with her biological "father" considering the circumstances. If she wants to meet him one day when she can make her own decisions then I don't have a problem with it but the state shouldn't force her of her mother to confront that.

if i was that girls father i would push for visitation. he would only get one and it would last about 5 seconds.
