Much appreciated. There's a third company involved as well... it's like balancing 3 girlfriends for the one you want most.

My advice to anyone out there hating their job - while the job market sucks make the most of your strengths while making sure your resume clearly shows them in the most simplistic way. Be honest about your weaknesses as employers will recognize your honesty. Apply to as many jobs that you qualify for, and weed out the ones you don't want as they call back. If a job you want isn't sure about you, be persistant but not over-bearing.

Screw a union. Be your own man (or woman).
