I think, from the bits and pieces I've heard, that there will be an athletic facility housing the new weight room and meeting rooms and it's likely this facility will be at the endzone where the tunnel is located. This is in addition to the new configuration of Cajun Field which will include a new press box with suites along the enitre upper deck. Like you said HoustonCajun, the capacity will be increased.

Well I hope that they do leave the grass on the side away from the tunnel. Make it like a smaller version of the horseshoe.

Clemson has an endzone w/ a grassy hill. I think they still hold 80k or something like that.
