You have to remember that they usually get killed when they do get scheduled. UNCA didn't this year with State and I imagine Coach Gott and Yow won't make that mistake again, just like with us. It took 10-15 years for us to get State again after we beat them at Reynolds back in the early 90s. I'm not sure why we can't get scheduled with the other big dogs in the conference (see Duke and UNC) (do we ask for too much money, no interest by the other team, etc?). And, trust me, I can't see any of the Big 4 coming to the Creek to play. Those schools just don't do that, because there is no incentive for them. The best you could hope for is a neutral court battle. Either way, we have to start beating A&T-like schools before we can even begin realistically talking about the power conference schools.

War Camel!

I wasn't asking for a home game specifically against UNC, Duke, NC St. or Wake I just want them scheduled or to have a smaller program much like VT come to Buies Creek. UNC Ashe has played UNC a couple times and competed (Kenny George) and they had the close game vs Syracuse last year. I just want a big name team on the schedule it builds excitement. Last year at Reynolds it was more orange than red on the 2nd level!

Happy Humpers!
