Imagine that, a news source providing information w/ questionable truth. I am stunned.

Doubly stunned that it was the NYT/CBS. Again. Like they don't have an agenda. [/sarc]

Their sampling methods usually over-sample dems. Quinnipac poll seems a bit more transparent and fair and they don't seem to have any agenda.

But, I suspect that polls on these matters will be all over the place with their results depending on sampling, HOW the questions were worded and the choices that were given.

NYT/CBS mindset:
1. What do you want to print/broadcast?
2. if the facts don't exist then create them.
3. Then call the other guy a liar.

I would be interested in seeing How the questions were phrased and what response options were. You can structure surveys to lead respondents to the result you want.

RL is an entertainer and he is openly biased towards an agenda just like Mahr. NYT/CBS are supposed to be unbiased news outlets.

Really? How come it is not ok for them to be biased and but it is ok for Fox? Besides, after reading this guys piece he CLEARLY has a political agenda on what he is writting to convince the gulible(you) that every media outles(outside of Fox) is out to get the conservatives. It is clear just from his mentioning of a Rassmussen poll in his attempt to discredit the NYT/CBS poll.
