Doubly stunned that it was the NYT/CBS. Again. Like they don't have an agenda. [/sarc]
Their sampling methods usually over-sample dems. Quinnipac poll seems a bit more transparent and fair and they don't seem to have any agenda.
But, I suspect that polls on these matters will be all over the place with their results depending on sampling, HOW the questions were worded and the choices that were given.

1. What do you want to print/broadcast?
2. if the facts don't exist then create them.

I would be interested in seeing How the questions were phrased and what response options were. You can structure surveys to lead respondents to the result you want.

RL is an entertainer and he is openly biased towards an agenda just like Mahr. NYT/CBS are supposed to be unbiased news outlets.
