Rivals says we have offers out to 3 uncommitted WR's

Many non-AQ offers, mostly from the MAC.
WR Gehrig Dieter South Bend, IndianaWashington 6'3" 200 4.6 3 stars 5.6 N/A

NIU is his only offer so far.
WR Steven Williams Belle Glade, FloridaGlades Day 6'4" 170 N/A N/A N/A

Unlikely to get with many AQ offers

We do have a ton of offers out to O-linemen though!

From what I've been reading on the ND rivals site many people are wondering why Dieter hasn't received more than MAC offers with his senior year production, wonder what the story is?

Any if there will be recruits in attendence at the game this Saturday. I would think the coaches would want to showcase our playing at Soldier Field. Any ideas as to whom is coming in?

No worries...Potential recruits will be turning off the tv, and dialing up their lab-top to watch the game.

Maybe we should just bus them all in to help fill in the stands!

Anyone hear if we are in on Josh Williams RB from DGS at all? The kid is putting up some monster numbers this year. He had been banged up the last 2 years and has had a coming out party this year. He had been under the radar.

I know NIU is still considering another explosive WR from Indy- Logan Cunningham Hamilton Heights; 6', 180.... fastest man at Ohio St. this summer and 7 other camps..fastest times from what I heard are 4.39...(twice) and 4.5 (slowest) with half doz. times in 4.43 range...Think he was fastest at his NIU camp also and ran a sub 4.10 shuttle also.... Has an offer presently with 6 other official D1 visits offered so far this month...
KID IS EXPLOSIVE- 5 90+yd TDS this year leads state, 2 longest tds in Indiana from scrimmage against real competition..dieter's numbers are against teams that collectively last year won 2 games TOTAL! Cunningham can stretch the field...check out this link he has 3 ONE handed sick catches this year..one behind his back went for 93yds and made ESPNU weekend highlight list ....

Mike Ippolito (6'4" 240lb DE from Nequa Valley) to the Huskies over offers from Mac west rivals, CMU. UT and WMU.

Wisconsin game, which he attended, didn't discourage him.

He will be a good one.

Also like when we beat out other MAC teams for the services of a player.

Love recruit profiles like this one. I like those tall DE with athletic ability. Last couple years we missed on Zach Colvin (BG) & Kevin Henry (CMU). Ippolitto seems to fit that profile. BTW, Henry was moved to OT and is now 300lbs.

I'm fearful Ippolito is one of those will get a late signing day offer from a Big Ten school and bolt if he continues to dominate the high school circuit.....

3-star OG Ryan Callen down to WMU and NIU. Would be a nice pick up Ht:6'4" Wt:263 lbs, especially beating out Mike Sabock at WMU.

Does anyone know what are the chances that we also get the AZ Ippolito?

Are they cousins?

Looks like he is waiting out Pac-12 offers, NIU seems to be his only current offer.

He had another 154 yards against a decent crosstown rival team in Downers North last Friday. I would hope our staff would be at least on the phone with him at this point.

Scottsdale Chaparral's Cody Ippolito says yes to offer from the Utes. Northern Illinois also offered the 5-foot-11, 220-pounder. Arizona, Arizona State and Washington were among the other programs showing interest.
