RE: Volleyball team
LetsGoBucs - maybe I missed it in your spin. which SEC/ACC team traveled to ETSU to spend the night and play against the volleyball team? your spin tells me SEC/ACC teams travel to SEC/ACC/BCS teams - nothing else.

None, I never said they came here to play us at ETSU. You also never addressed whether or not a BCS school would play at ETSU. You said they wouldn't spend the night to play a school like us. Here is your statement -

"what you are hearing me say is the SEC/ACC AD's will not allow their teams to spend the night to play a team the level of ETSU volleyball."

I pointed out that Georgia traveled to a tournament overnight at Wake Forest to play Wake, us, and Coastal Carolina. Also, Ohio State traveled and played in a tournament at Kennesaw this year if you need another example. So, no I did not spin anything. I made factual statements showing that your statement that a BCS conference school would not stay overnight to play a school of our caliber was untrue. Clear enough?

RE: Volleyball team
no. not clear. have you ever admitted that you are wrong? Georgia traveling to Wake is your example? I am sorry - as much as you believe ETSU is the same level as Wake - they are not!

your such an idiot. above you write that I "never addressed whether or not a BCS school would play at ETSU" then you write my previously written statement "SEC/ACC AD's will not allow their teams to spend the night to play a team the level of ETSU volleyball". my statement says the BCS schools will not travel and you try to tell me I never addressed it. dude there might be an opening for Presidential Press Secretary...you would be awesome for the job!!!

as for Ohio State. my bet is the coach will not be there much longer!

ETSU is so small time. I am tired of your words. I am no longer a BucFan. you pushed another one away! GO VOLS!!!

RE: Volleyball team
Your statement is a bit misleading. They traveled to play in a tournament that included ETSU not to just play ETSU. Big big difference.

RE: Volleyball team
ETSU's 15 wins are against teams who have a combined record of 91-146.
ETSU's 5 losses have a combined record of 54-24.
ETSU's opponents combined overrall record? 145-170.
Basically, the volleyball team has wins over a couple of glorified high school programs, and are getting smacked in the face against teams that are even remotely competitive.
Maybe you should just stick to the "Happy Humpers" and quit talking ETSU, because you have ZERO idea what the hell you're talking about.
And by the way, I'm POSITIVE that the State of Tennessee would rather you spend more time doing YOUR JOB than using state allocated resources on a messageboard. Not to worry though, pretty soon Stanton and Mullins will be gone, which means you, your spouse, and Coach Devine will ALL be gone for competent people.

RE: Volleyball team
More quality stats about the volleyball team that's been beating up on the Black Diamond District this fall. There are only three teams in the A-Sun with winning records, and Stetson is checking in with an astounding 1-17 match. It makes me think of two movies, One: Major League when Bob Uecker was talking about only having ONE (EXPLETIVE) hit. The other? Animal House. The GPA of the Delta's is kind of like the wins in A-Sun volleyball this year. Terrible.
Is it possible that ETSU can schedule Abingdon or maybe Gate City next season?
