i thought that organization would be like most here... wouldnt want him back.
I remember an article about X in the CA when, right after his departure, he was at a fundraiser to which he'd already committed. When asked if he'd come back, should things not work out at UK, he said, "I don't think they'd have me back."

True.
I just figured with his unsettling departure from there, it'd be the same.
But if he can "recruit" lebron to the nets...??

The entire Memphis fanbase would welcome him back if he brought LeBron to play here. Thats essentially what the Nets are doing. Besides, the Nets had attendance of 1,231 for a Wednesday night home game last week. Thats pretty much rock bottom.

New owner coming in for the Nets. Plus when Cal was fired by the Nets the ownership group changed that year as well. I know they had a bad record, but that team was beset with injuries.
