Even with a rest of the story, no BCS team should ever play an D1AA team at a neutral site.

Just proving my point that we are not the ones starting all this bashing. We have a few people that say derogatory things on OUR board about the Belt and yes it is clear that the majority don't want to be in the Belt but the belt bashing from Tech is usually in response to the million plus one threads started on MANY boards by the MUTS ULL and Ark ST (oh and of course EE who I suspect is really and INjun. Granted we do give ULM a hard time but that will always be. As a matter of fact the majority of things said on our board about Troy has always been positive and most think they would probably kick our arse in football. All of our fans respect MT wbb program and want to get a series started(your football team we have no beef with). We hardly ever have anything at all to say about Ark. State. Almost all respect and positive talk about UNT. And finally MOST of us want to see a yearly series with ULL and would love them to be in the WAC. The majority of the belt bashing starts when people insist that we should go back to the belt because how dare us strive for something more. You talk about going on other peoples boards. Where do you think all this crap is coming from. Every time something happens at Tech your lurkers are on our board changing it around or using it so you can come over here and bash us again. Get a new hobby already.

Tech is in Ruston, LA. Grambling is in Grambling, LA. You can throw a rock from Ruston to Grambling (3 miles apart in reality).

Grambling will probably bring 25 to 30,000 fans to see them play Tech. Tech has about 18,000 fans at the Ruston games, but had about 30,000 show up for the Independence Bowl in Shreveport last year. Grambling's stadium holds about 20,000 and Tech's holds about 30,000. Neither stadium could hold the 43 to 60,000 that will show up for this game.

Plus, Tech has 6 home games next year, and this will practically make 7 (a new record).

Forgive my ignorance by why all the hate against Tech? I guess I can see why the Lousiana schools would have a beef but why some other people? Why don't you also have hate for Utah State and New Mexico State? Didn't they jump ship the same way Tech did?
