I know it is a rivalry, but how do Boise fans feel about inviting Idaho to the WAC?

torn, i think.
on the one hand, idaho needs to improve dramatically on the field and court. at the moment they're a severe liability in affecting Strength Of Schedule (with football, at least).
also, their fan support and attendance has been below NCAA's new, upcoming minimum requirements, which puts them in danger of being sent back to 1AA. they need to step it up, and soon.
on the other hand, they're a rival and are actually in the west (as opposed to middle tennessee and the louisiana teams).
how's that for wishy-washy?
i honestly don't think the state of Idaho is big enough to support two 1A teams. BSU has the fan support, recent success and facilities to compete -- and being based in a rapidly growing valley of 600,000 people helps a ton, something moscow can't compete with. population = attendance = support = dollars towards the program.
so here it is: IF the UofI can somehow right the ship, get butts in seats and quit hurting everyone's SOS in the next 1-2 years, then let them in.
if not, don't. let them dominate 1AA instead.

I agree with the wishy washy guy. I don't think that the State Of Idaho can support more than one d1a school. Idaho is about the same size as Wyoming. Wyoming supports one d1a school (verly)!!!!

If Boise State goes to the WAC, Idaho can have our spot in the WAC, but not before.

I think that having Idaho in the WAC would be ok. Honestly, they're no worse off then San Jose, and they are in the west. I'm all for it!

Idaho to WAC niew no way absolutely not to adding Idaho to the WAC unless they post a couple of perfect seasons in a row and that won't happen.
