OK, I am curious. How is God immoral?
No, you would not suffer God's wrath if you followed him.
When the Bible was written, genocide was the norm, at least in the west. Thus, masacres such as Soddom/Gemorrah, the Egyptians in the story of passover, etc. may have been morally acceptable, but those are not viewed as acceptable by today's standards. Nevertheless, some view disasters such as 911, Katrina, and the 2004 Tsunami as God's message to man. Such capriciousness is immoral according to my standards, which - even if I believed in such a deity - are the ones by which I would judge such said god.
I realize that you won't understand this because you have such a distaste for God, but who are you to set the standard that God is governed by? God did those things as punishment for those that chose not to follow him. Much like those that will end up in hell.
FTR, I don't think 911 was a "God Thing", but I am not so sure about the other two disasters that you listed.

Curious. I understand that the notion of man judging God is anathema, but for you to say that you don't judge God means that you don't judge God means that you devote your life toward something without critical thought about it. This implies that someone born a Muslim should never alter that choice, likewise someone born a Jew and someone born Christian. If you accept that by making decisions about which path to follow, you are judging the religion and the text upon which it is based, do you assert that you are not in fact judging the god on which each respective religion is based (disregarding the fact that the examples I've chosen are purported to be the same god)? If not, whose standard do you use? For me, it is I - anything else appears to me to be completely irresponsible.

That ice cream cone in Blah's av reminds me of the place at the interesection of Blue Rock & Cheviot Road in Cincinnati. They have a machine there that makes the best ice cream cones in the world--for a machine that is.
When I was a kid the biggest size was 25 cents. I went there about a month ago and it is now $2.75, but dang is it ever good. It is what a creamy whip should be.

No, those are IUD's (uterus vice esophagus). One can't get pregnant by "seeding" the esophagus, so to speak - a fact which I have used to my advantage many times.
IED's = God's punishment to the US for allowing homosexual marriage in some places (according tome whacked out nutjobs in KS).

Sep 3, 2005: Baylor 28, SMU 23
lmfao rotflmao
In other scores:
September 10, 2005: SMU 21, TCU 10
September 24, 2005: TCU 51, BYU 50
so Baptists > Methodists > Church of Christ > Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
October 22, 2005: Notre Dame 49, BYU 23
and Catholics > LDS too....

Why would you have to go that route, you know that boys can't get pregnant...
P.S. I am aware of the IED story with the wakko lady, which is why I said don't talk about his mom that way.
