A Quebec man is suing the provincial Lotto for his money back after spending $840 on lottery tickets, and losing, saying he was "fooled".

He is also on welfare.

Therefore, I'm pulling for him to win, but the $840 should be returned to the Canadian taxpayer. For example, 84 workers can be randomly selected (lottery-style) to receive their $10 back.
