A Quebec man is suing the provincial Lotto for his money back after spending $840 on lottery tickets, and losing, saying he was "fooled".

He is also on welfare.

Therefore, I'm pulling for him to win, but the $840 should be returned to the Canadian taxpayer. For example, 84 workers can be randomly selected (lottery-style) to receive their $10 back. 03-wink

Well, I want my money back for that $20 I spent in gas for my truck last week. I was "fooled" because I thought it would last longer than it really did.

He's on welfare and he's blowing $840 on the lottery???? Hell, I need to find this guy, I've got some ocean-front property in Kansas I'd like to sell him.

What a dumba$$ :micro:

He's Candian, and in Quebec.

That mean's he's got some France in him.

I think that explains it.

:D
