I'm with you, Gmoney! I like those all-whites, but the others are a bit flashy.

Who knows? In the past, several teams that have changed unis usually go to the Super Bowl that same year. 03-wink

Broncos
Titans
Bucs--not the Super Bowl that year, but eventually.
I'm sure there are a couple more that I'm forgetting.

Yep, I think the year they changed unis, they went to the Super Bowl, too right? I think so.

I remember that. Man...wasn't it Kevin Dyson that caught the pass just short?

Yes, it was Dyson and it broke our hearts. I remember jumping up and down thinking we had scored a TD to tie the game. Me, my wife, and friends were sitting in the loge section in the opposite endzone that that play took place in. Everyone else was watching the jumbotron, while I was watching the actual play. Needless to say, they were all looking at me like I was an idiot because I thought we'd scored, when they knew better. I realized we'd lost when the Rams came rushing the field and the streamers came down all over the Georgia Dome field. Oh so close, and that was what made it so disappointing. Yet, it was still one of the better Super Bowls ever, so I'm proud to have been there.

And Dyson, if you'll remember, was also the one who caught the lateral from Wycheck and ran it all the way for a TD in the Music City Miracle to beat the Bills in the Wild Card playoff game in Nashville that same season, I was there, too. Unbelievable season, even if we did come up a yard short.

Losses like that are so hard to take. When my Falcons played Denver in the Super Bowl a few years ago we were getting smacked around early and it became clear we weren't gonna win. Losing by 1 yard though must be devastating.

Yep, I was pretty upset. My wife balled for a few minutes(she's a huge Titan fan, too). It's funny, we have a framed picture of me and my wife and friends inside the Dome after the game that we'd asked some stranger to take for us, and everyone was smiling but me. I was still pissed. This was some thirty minutes after the game, too. They were all just excited to be there, but I wanted to win.... :bang: :bang:

::wonders if he takes the game a bit too seriously, scratches head::
