Of what? That violent criminals still commit violence in prison? Do you honestly need me to post evidence of that?

I think they should keep people like this in soliatary confinement until they die. I'd bet this person would be happy to die rather spend another 40 years in prison.

But in some cases, the death penalty is o.k. ONLY if they are 100% positive.

You seem to believe that if you commit a murderer to prison, he will kill others in prison. Where do the guys on death row go, for the 30 years before their sentence?

And do you really think they put serial killers in the same prison as petty thiefs?

Death row is death row. Someone in prison for life is put into general population. Yes, with someone like a car thief.

Besides, why are you saying serial killer? You're changing the dynamics.

So, the way you see it... Who cares if people on death row kill each other?

And, I find it hard to believe that there is this "general population" pool of criminals where petty thieves get mixed in with double murderers.

What's the use of a maximum security prison?

You should already know my answer to this.

As far as maximum security prisons, Parchman in Mississippi is one and they have drug dealers to car thieves to murderers....all in GP.
