I know we were pretty much playing a high school team, but from what I read Reed apparently did great in the scrimmage. What about Swader? Are both healthy now (execpt for Reed's cast)??? Nuckles had 2 points???

fan98', Both looked impressive, though in much different ways. I was relieved to see those two play well, we desperately need them.
Reed...played with a ton of energy. He had two dunks that looked impossible. Ran that floor well, shot 7 of 10 from the floor. His outside shot really impressed me. He looks like a different player from last year. Very confident. He stats (I think) were 14pts and 7 boards in about 15-20 min.
Swader...Extremely versatile. Can shoot, pass, and has awesome handle. Surprisingly quick, too. I liked him alot. I saw him do the little things as well such as boxing out, making the open pass.
I feel alot better about this year's squad with these two returning.
As far as Brad Nuckles, he is an enigma at this point. I saw Milligan players back him down. He should absolutely dominate against these teams. He doesn't look like he wants to be there.
I would definitely start Reed over him, even with a broken wrist.

The best run of the night came when we had this five in.
Taylor
Strong
Swader
Reed
Nuckles
Our defense was GREAT when these 5 were in. We looked totally different and Milligan couldnt do anything. When we put the starting 5 in, the defense was suspect. I also liked seeing Taylor and Smith out there at the same time. Reed and Taylor bring so much energy to the floor, that I like it when those two are out there at the same time as well. Im starting to think I might like to see this lineup out there alot...
Taylor
Smith
Rhoda
Reed
Sneed

BucFaithful,
You very may have hit the home run..."He doesn't look like he wants to be there."

I totally agree with this statement. I was talking with the guy that sits in front of me and we were both really impressed with the run this bunch made. The trap with Swader and Reed looked great.
Should be interesting to see what happens tonight.
