Similar to the football program. The guys lift weights and go through rigorous conditioning, yet fall like dominoes to injuries as soon as practices start. By the end of the Spring game, they're already beaten up and some are out for months. Is our athletic conditioning program any good?

Football has a good conditioning program its just a more violent game and injuries are more prevalent. Just look at the freshmann and look at them a year later and you can see the physical diference.

I remember both Lux and Rogers getting a lot bigger in their 4 years at NIU. The last few years though there hasn't been much changein players bodies. It could be worse though, they could all start looking like Dennis Douglas.
