There is one game a year I root for the Suckeyes and that's when they play the Wolverines. Other than that, they can kiss my AK-Rowdy Ass!

Here is a dream scenario for the MAC. NIU destroys OSU's hopes of a national title while Akron brings about the beginning of the end of Paterno's coaching stint in happy valley. ;-) Can anyone imagine the media on this one?

Of course whatever they write would be all about OSU's defense not being what it was last year and Paterno not being able to recruit talent anymore; nothing of course complimentary to Akron or NIU. Damning with faint praise at best.

Yeah, the state of Ohio is poisonous because many Ohioans follow the college football team of one of the biggest universities in the country.

I understand in Illinois it isn't hard to make fun of the Illini, considering where there football team is right now. Of course, I bet there were a lot of Illinois basketball fans in 2005. That cesspool from Ohio State ruined their perfect season.

Far from a Penn State fan, but you must have missed 2005 if you think Paterno will be forced out anytime soon.

We played both last year, and NU was far tougher. Both replace QBs, but NU's returns its phenomenal RB.
