speaking of that, does anyone know the contract length CBS has on the tournament. I would love for someone like ABC/ESPN to get it, that way they could show games on ABC, ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPNU instead of 1 game at time.. it erks me so much those first few days when so many games are going on but you can only watch one at a time

I think ESPN tries to do too much sometimes with their stupid movies and their 24 hours of poker (I like it but not that much).

I agree with Falaholic, though. It would be nice for ESPN to take over the NCAA tourney.

Not really. $150K might very well go further in Wood County, Ohio, than $450K would go in Fairfax County, VA.

If I remember correctly, JL's contract at BG was up and I think a mutual decision was made that it was his time to leave. I suppose had he not found a job in Virginia (where he went to school) that paid more, BG may have decided to give him a new contract. I don't think too many people around BG were upset to see him leave.
