are sold out with the exception of one, (U)niversity of ©oital (F)ailure! There are still 2,500 tickets available, and those who buy now will receive complimentary false resumes to wave during the game. :D What a "blood bath" this game will be!

Did you actually just post this? This has to be the lamest cutdown thread EVER.

I think CMU has bigger fish to fry- like getting 15K in your own stadium for games.

The pathetic things people do.....

Don't worry about us, U.C.Feces! We (CMU) were here long before your school was born, and we'll still be here, long after your school is dismantled.

CMU has been "down" in football for the last 5-7 years, but they are still something like in the top 30 all time in IA winning percentage. Throughout the 80's and 90's they always had a very formidable team.

The Chips will be back someday.

No, more embarassing for you as a Wisconsin fan. You're a pretty lousy fan.

(P.S.- I know this is some MAC fan taking lame jabs at UCF)

Give me a break.

KT - did you get my PM?

You've taken the bait again. I get the feeling that CE will have to throw you back in the water, you don't meet legal size requirements.

I spent most of my teens living in a pretty wild area where a lot of folks liked to turtle trap. It always fascinated me to watch the trappers clean the snappers. They would tap the turtle's nose with a stick and then hit it in the head with a hammer when it stuck its head out to bite the stick. While it was stunned they would cut off its head and toss it in a bucket. Hours later you could poke a long twig in the bucket and the heads would still try and bite it.

Can you imagine? Their head were cut off and they didn't even know that they were dead, even hours later!

As you were...

You guys have a lot more to worry about than how UCF plays on the road this year. I think most reasonable UCF fans expect around .500 this year with rebuilding under the NCAA Football Coach of the Year. Remember Junior, the UCF tickets have not gone on sale yet. When we play name teams on the road (especially ones we have never played) we typically send 2,500-5,000 fans selling out our allottment and then some- See Penn St., UGA, Auburn, Alabama. Hell, we sent almost 2,000 to see ASU in Phoenix.
Speaking of attendance(From Jeremy Speer- Central Michigan Life, or a lack thereof):
Football attendance has dropped significantly during the past few seasons, and student apathy is at an all-time high. Too often does game-day become a tailgating excursion beginning at 10 a.m. and ending prior to kickoff.

As for a blood bath, you mean like this one (on our worst year):

UCF Football Rolls Past Central Michigan, 31-13

Miss America 2003 Erika Dunlap was
on hand for Saturday's Homecoming
win over Central Michigan

UCF recorded its third straight
crowd of 20,000 or more Saturday
vs. Central Michigan.

Redshirt freshman tailback Dontavius
Wilcox rushed for a career-high 77
yards.

ORLANDO -- Behind tailback Alex Haynes and quarterback Ryan Schneider, the UCF Golden Knights used a balanced attack to defeat the Central Michigan Chippewas 31-13 at the Florida Citrus Bowl Saturday evening.
