Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) is set to make two appearances in South Carolina this month as speculation grows surrounding his interest in running for president again in 2028.

Booker’s office announced Thursday he will be making two trips to the Palmetto State in November. His first visit will be to the Sumter County NAACP Freedom Fund Banquet this Friday, during which the senator will deliver remarks. The lawmaker will then travel to Charleston for the NAACP’s annual Freedom Fund Gala on Nov. 20.

Good for Corey Booker. He’ll have tough competition but I wish him the best.

I appreciated his recent remarks on the Senate floor about the college sports bill. It’s a perspective that will affect debate in the House if the bill goes forward there.

Ewww. Booker is awful. Luckily he's got less than zero chance.

Is he going to threaten to punch Vance since Trump won't be running?

Same. The college sports bill is amazing. If only they could do stuff like that the rest of the time (that is, doing the right thing) instead of being obstructionists at every turn. (Granted, we had obstructionists in our party, too.)

Corey Booker bears a resemblance to Vin Diesel.
