RE: US Senator raises concerns about “insane” Trump military plans
I don't like flashing my military service around. I'm neither proud nor ashamed of it. It simply happened.
I normally would be appalled and disgusted at Tom's comments hoping that service members die in a ground invasion under Trump's watch so he can prove a point he and the other leftists have been trying to make since 2015.
But we all know that Tom is a vile and soulless ghoul and doesn't care what we on the right think of him. He'll just keep attacking us because his Democrat masters command him to.

Sure wish you'd ever throw your intelligence and reading comprehension around. That'd be a nice refresher.

RE: US Senator raises concerns about “insane” Trump military plans
Maybe find the nearest 7th grader to explain it to you?
My prediction is that he'll do some sort of ground invasion.
A ground invasion in Iran will certainly result in American casualties...is that really in doubt?
I don't want even ONE American killed in this ignorant war, much less those already lost and those injured.
And as I said above, I hope I'm wrong.
Try some critical thinking for once.

Good exercise.
And remember “guilt by association” doesn’t count.

Maybe you should take your own advice, Tom.
And yes, Gitanole, guilt by association does apply to all of the resident leftists on here.

There will be no ground invasion. I cant believe some believe that propoganda. At most, there might be a targeted special forces action but it'll be limited and very focused...Ala Venezuela. Im not even sure that'll happen.

You're not a smart man, Tom.
Nor do you live in reality.
If you were a smart man, and you did live in reality, you would see that the Democrat Party, the party you claim to not support and that is run by a bunch of morons, are using you to parrot their message like a mockingbird.
But you choose to be a hyperpartisan left-wing hack and attack those who don't conform to your worldview.
I have no idea what the Republican Party did to you to make you hate them so much, but JFC, you need to get some help for that.

The Senator is clearly trying to alert people while doing gymnastics to maintain confidentiality.
The timing of this next report does not inspire confidence.
Quote:The Army is preparing for the grim possibility of burying fallen soldiers on the battlefield, testing how fast it can dig temporary graves while preserving remains for eventual identification and return to families after the end of a conflict.
![[Image: 10039783.jpg]](https://one.sightlinemg.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/10039783.jpg)
During an exercise in North Carolina, engineers, preventative medicine teams, chaplains and fatality management specialists prepared for mass temporary interment not used on a large scale since the Korean War.
....
For more than twenty years during wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, U.S. air superiority allowed the quick evacuation of remains back to the United States through mortuary affairs channels. Future conflicts—especially those with large-scale combat operations, or LSCO—may not have the same capabilities.
....
“This exercise allowed us to take a critical look at how we respect, honor, and systematically manage our fallen in a high-intensity conflict,” said Sgt. 1st Class Delbert Ruede, the senior fatality management leader for 3rd Corps Sustainment Command (CSC), in the [US Army’s official] release. “If we went to war tomorrow, we would be making this up as we went along. What we are doing here is taking a scientific, field-tested approach so that we can maintain positive control and respectfully care for our fallen.”
....
U.S. joint service guidance authorizes temporary graves during mass casualty incidents in war, where decedents cannot be safely moved due to safety, lack of transportation, or if the deaths are a result of chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear weapons.
....
Beyond the physical trenches, the exercise also gave religious specialists and chaplains an opportunity to prepare for LSCOs by developing sensitive protocols.
....
![[Image: 10039820.jpg]](https://one.sightlinemg.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/10/10039820.jpg)
.... “Consecrating the site before remains are placed in the ground reassures families that their loved ones are treated with reverence, dignity, and honor despite the inability to provide a memorial ceremony in a contested combat environment.”
The exercise will continue, the Army said,... in Spring 2027, integrating security, medical facilities and a mortuary affairs collection point.

Yeah, speaking of insane.
There's really nothing Iran can do to escalate.
We've given them enough chances. Its time to make things really hard for them.
I'm sure we aren't putting boots on the ground. Just need to start using our dumb bombs and save our smart bombs for when really needed.

The left always comes up with the dumbest things. Its one thing we can be pretty certain he won't do, a ground invasion.

I tend to agree. If anything, we'll probably hit targets that have to now been spared.

Agreed. Either way it's a letdown.

I also don't agree that the Iran War (which I think is a misnomer, it was more like a lengthy raid to this point) is a failure. That chapter has yet to be written.
What, peeps would prefer that we did nothing, and let those crazy MFers keep doing what they were doing? Nobody else on earth has the power to stop those clowns. We'll see...

I do think we will have ground troops taking control of their shipping islands and installing artillery so we can constantly hit them with dumb bombs from range. Well turn their coast to rubble.
