Putin’s isolation continues as only 48 national delegations arrive in Moscow
Moscow is the stage for two busy days of diplomacy as African leaders and government delegations from 48 countries gather for the third Russia-Africa summit on October 28-29.

Day one opens with discussions on economic partnerships, agriculture, education, healthcare, and artificial intelligence, followed by sessions on energy, mining, and business cooperation through BRICS.

Russian President Vladimir Putin and African Union chair Evariste Ndayishimiye are due to address the Economic and Humanitarian Forum’s plenary session at Gostiny Dvor.

Putin's schedule also includes bilateral talks with Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi, Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed, and Republic of Congo President Denis Sassou Nguesso, alongside an evening reception for summit participants.

Without the punishing sanctions the West has imposed, the total might have even been 49 or 50 countries, but Africas leadership is terrified to go on Europes naughty list and suffer their ire03-lmfao

RE: Putin’s isolation continues as only 48 national delegations arrive in Moscow
For those who don’t know-

Russia does not impose its ideology on its partners. Nor does it go to Africa primarily in search of natural resources, which it possesses in abundance within its own borders. Russia doesn’t need military bases in Africa as part of its grand strategy, which remains firmly focused on its own neighborhood in Eurasia. Rather, it sees Africa as part of what it calls the Global Majority and a place for partnership, not domination.

At present, tens of thousands of young Africans study at Russian universities either free or very low cost, mostly majoring in medicine, energy, and engineering – fields in which Russian universities have historically been particularly strong.

Russia has never been a colonial power in Africa and has never attempted to plunder its resources. It regards Africans as partners and African civilization as an equal in the emerging world order. This week’s Third Russia-Africa Summit in Moscow will bring the two even closer.

Yes, Russia loves blacks, which is why they make up 0.03% of the Russian population.

Todor is a direct descendent of Grigory Zinoviev. Propaganda lackey has only one useful purpose.

We all know how useful idiots lives end when they are no longer useful

Comrade Todor loves Russia so much that he lives in the US. That's what we call in Spanish, "amor de lejos" love from afar.

Is it propaganda when groups from dozens and dozens of countries fly to Moscow for a summit, when it’s true?

Or it is proposed when we claim we’ve cut Russia off diplomatically, made him a pariah, and that no one will deal with Russia anymore, when that’s definitely not true?

Because that’s what our free media spouts.

And by all means, cue the snark about “countries in Africa…” etc.

We all know that we court every dictator, every country with resources or a strategic position, and every potential market to con into buying our overpriced stuff.

Russia isn’t cut off at all.

Our sanctions are largely toothless and we don’t have the military, economic, or diplomatic clout we claim to.

And that’s not propaganda, because if we had those things, this event wouldn’t be happening for the third straight time.

Well, diplomatically, a summit with African leaders is like sitting at the kids table at Thanksgiving, or the nerd table for lunch in high school.

49 of 54-55 by countries—by some counts—isn't exactly no one.

Or are you being facetious?
