White said she would need to shoot the agent in the head, shoulder, arm or leg if the gun could not penetrate armor, the complaint said.

The employee reportedly told White that pointing a gun at law enforcement would likely result in her being killed, to which White responded, “If I have to die, I have to die,” according to the complaint.
